2K has released a new trailer for Civilization V‘s latest expansion Brave New World which focuses on the newly added World Congress and Diplomacy.
World Congress allows players to attack other civilizations in peaceful ways, the Congress can ban luxuries, ban nuclear development, and much more. It also leads to a new win condition which is being added to the game, a potential global leader must gain the support of city states and rival leaders, if managed you can gain a Diplomatic victory.
